License to use the Clean USNO-B spurious entries

1. Introduction

This FITS file contains the spurious entries detected using the algorithm
detailed in Barron et al 2008, which can be found at 
http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2008AJ....135..414B.

The included FITS file contains a table, in which each row is of the form:
  (RA, Dec, Value)
Where RA and Dec are in degrees, and Value is 49 if the entry was flagged
as belonging to a spike, and 50 if the entry was flagged as belonging to
a halo.

Questions regarding the Clean USNO-B Catalog should be addressed to
the user called "data2" at the domain "astrometry.net".

2. Conditions

 * CREDIT: If the spurious entries are used in a system which provides a
   public web service, then any web page that makes use of the results must
   clearly display the following text:
   "This service uses data provided by Astrometry.net.
    For more details visit http://astrometry.net/ ."

 * ACADEMIC CITATION: If the spurious entries are used in any scholarly work,
   research grant proposals or other scientific or academic
   publications, the Astrometry.net project must be properly cited and
   acknowledged.  The paper to cite is the Barron et al 2008 paper at 
   http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2008AJ....135..414B.
   The acknowledgment text is:
   "This research made use of data provided by Astrometry.net."
